Since 2017, Alex Blake and Max Hill have purchased several investment properties that they personally own, actively manage, and rent out. Their approach in creating passive flows of income is not only unique but very efficient due to their activeness in the property management market with their own properties. Having real life experience as a landlords gives them the ability to provide the most efficient management services.

They founded Mossglen Properties in 2019 originally to help streamline their own rental portfolio. However, when they became Brokers and opened their own real estate company, Mossglen Properties became apart of the BlakeHill family of companies acting solely as the property management division.

Alex and Max are known to provide an unmatched real estate experience driven by their expertise, passion, and the relationships they’ve built around their seamless teamwork. Their detail-oriented approach and highly personalized level of service to their clients is seen throughout every transaction as they work using responsive communication with all parties involved.

They both hold bachelor’s degrees from California State University, Sacramento, along with several other professional certifications in the real estate industry; including their Broker licenses.
